SHIPPING Items are sent via NZ POST.

We aim to dispatch orders placed Mon-Fri within 48 hours of receiving your payment into our account. Items generally take 1-5 working days to arrive, please allow extra time for weekends, public holidays and rural addresses.

I found an item I love! Do you have it in any other colours or sizes?

Each pre-loved item listed is generally a "one off" so unfortunately if you don't see it in your size or colour, we don't have it in stock. Some of the new stock however is available in multiple sizes/ colours so always check! Be sure to jump on the website daily, as we add new stock on a regular basis..

I found an item I love but am unable to pay for it yet. Can you reserve it for me?

Unfortunately we aren't able to reserve items, so it is a first in basis.

Are all your clothing in store pre-owned?

Generally yes, however we do endeavor to list unworn, tagged items which will always be identified as ‘Brand New, With Tags. We are also a Stella + Gemma outlet which items are all brand new tagged and can be found under SHOP > S+G OUTLET

Am I able to come in and try on items?

Yes - We have a click and collect location where by you can come in and try on an item via an arranged appointment
